Shipping Times:
We aim to pick, pack & ship your order within 2 business days from point of order.
STANDARD UK Mainland Shipping aims to deliver within 2-4 working days (Sometimes Saturday is included in this).
EXPRESS UK Mainland Delivery aims to deliver within 1-2 working days Monday to Friday (unless a Saturday Delivery has been requested and paid for).

Total Products Order Value between £0.00 – £44.99 Flat Fee Delivery charge is £15.00 GBP
Total Products Order Value between £45.00 – £89.99 Flat Fee Delivery charge is £10.00 GBP
Total Products Order Value between £90.00 – £149.99 Flat Fee Delivery charge is £8.00 GBP
Total Products Order Value between £150.00 – £199.99 Flat Fee Delivery charge is £5.00 GBP

UK Mainland Pallet Items
Some Fragile items (ceramics, plant pots, glassware etc.) and items of a large or bulky nature may require to be palletised to accommodate for added protection and care of handling, if so we would advise you first and advise you of any extra pallet cost.
Extra Large, Bespoke and Custom Order items:
Bespoke, custom and large hand built products delivery costs will be quoted and charged at cost, based on weight, size and delivery postcode. Generally these will be on pallets, but if needed a van or dedicated lorry may be required for large trees over 2.4m.
Outside UK Mainland?
We can ship outside of the UK, Europe and Worldwide - please contact us first so we can get the best quote and see if you are happy to proceed.
You will get an email with courier and tracking info to let you know when your order has been shipped and so you can track it's progress online for updates at your convenience.
On Delivery:
Please inspect the packaging and check the number of boxes expected on delivery and sign accordingly, failure to do this will render us not to be able to follow up any discrepancies with the courier, as they will only accept any claims if the recipient has signed for accordingly.
If you are not going to be in it is your responsibility to leave a visible note for the driver giving them permission to leave any parcels in a safe, dry place or with a neighbour.
